At G-Unit Brands, we stand behind the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
